I HATE: Malice. When someone intentionally does or says something that causes another physical, mental or emotional suffering. People of that nature are the most despicable of all. Other than poi and authentic indian curry... which are loved by countless millions... that's all I really hate.
I FEEL EXTREME SADNESS FOR: ...People who by their lack of inquisitiveness year after year ensure the recurrently tightened 'Nose Ring of Ignorance' they've chosen to wear. Most people simply accept the words of other people, any type of media or charismatic teacher, etc. without checking to determine whether what they've heard is founded in truth.
So sad it is to view some people's words, lifestyle, et al and know their life paradigm is simply parroting others. Much of their entire being is the result of their allowing a variety of other people, media, et al to constantly twitch and mold their belief system this way or that... because they refuse to investigate to see if what they were told to believe is actually based on truth.
As old as I am it surely saddens, but still amazes me the numbers of people who willingly live their lives ever gravitating toward what eventually identifies them as nothing less than what most people would call 'mentally ignorant morons'. Will such people EVER even think it a good idea, much less wise, to wake up and think for themselves? It's not hard to remove the 'Nose Ring' so long worn. All a person has to do is investigate to see whether what they were told to believe lines up with truth. For a couple of examples of those who might truly be identified as 'mentally ignorant morons', see:

JUST A FEW THINGS I LOVE: Reasonable, thinking, polite people who might even disagree with me. Wry joking. The deep set inner beauty of a woman. The magnificent pure innocense of a baby just out of the womb... some of which, thankfully - and by proper nurturing, sometimes stays through early childhood. The natural beauty of a sunset, sunrise, light rain, the variety of greens on a mountainside, the variety of blues in the sky and the same as you view toward the depths of the water.
I'd be remiss if I didn't also include what is known as the 'Fruit of the Spirit' as found in the Book of Galations: ""love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control."" Assuming, of course, that each of the above are exhibited in complete honesty.

NOT YET RECONCILED CONSIDERATIONS: I'm a grown man with a tender heart whose unrestrained and tearful cries of joy spontaneously spring forth when I witness freely given extra-ordinary kindnesses, hope or love. Yet, if I were the victim or a by-stander of a vicious, home/vehicle, et al, invasion by a person who was in any way armed I wouldn't think twice about instantly and without discussion or regret - shooting the intruder(s) in the head. My goal would be their instant death. And if they weren't armed??? They'd still lose the use of their knee caps and/or elbows for the rest of their lives. (Unless the force of EACH of my shotgun or pistol shots would be strong enough to entirely take off EACH of their entire arms or legs.) My goal would be to ensure that from then onward they'd have to contend with greater physical difficulties should they attempt to viciously and with malice terrorize anyone else.
As I said, I've 'NOT YET RECONCILED' the correctness nor the effects related to personal honor when implementing these procedures. Nevertheless, as circumstances dictated, one or the other would surely be done. Whichever the course, each would surely be effective in solving the problem at hand as well as the problems their exhibited life paradigm suggests would continue to be forth coming.
